About VALTAIRA

VALTAIRA is an end-to-end technology, data and AI consultancy: strategy, decision, build.

It works on the decisions that sit around significant technology and AI investment, and on the operating changes those decisions depend on.

Why VALTAIRA exists

The value of a technology or AI investment depends on more than the choice of tool. It starts with the business outcome, anchored to strategy, goals and the measures that matter. From there, the work is to fit the chosen solution into the operation that has to run it, support adoption, and create the conditions to scale what works. Guardrails, security, human oversight, evaluation and traceability are part of that from the start.

How VALTAIRA works

VALTAIRA connects strategy to execution by looking at a business problem in the context of the operation around it: people, process, technology, data and governance. Depending on the problem, the work may cover the value case and KPIs, realistic options, and what each would require across the operating model, architecture and controls. Small experiments can test key assumptions before wider change, with adoption and benefits considered from the outset. Reasoning stays visible so choices can be reviewed and the next commitment remains proportionate to the evidence.

How the decision is made

Founder

Founder

VALTAIRA was founded by Rachid Habchane. His background includes close to a decade leading technology, data and AI in a large international operating group, following a similar period in investment management. He holds an MSc in Computer Science from CY Tech Paris and completed the University of Cambridge Judge Business School Chief Technology Officer Programme.

That mix shapes how VALTAIRA works. Technology and AI are considered against strategy, goals and KPIs, with close attention to how the existing operation will absorb the change. His investment background adds a focus on evidence, risk, capital allocation and expected value. This is founder experience. It is not presented as VALTAIRA client delivery evidence.
